Notiz
Am Anfang gutes lockeres Laufgefühl. Ab km 14 schon schwere Beine. Die letzten 8 km einfach nur noch durchgehalten. Irgendwie gewöhn ich mich nicht wirklich an die wöchentlichen 35er. Vielleicht lags auch an der 4tägigen Erkältungspause. Straßenverhältnisse waren gut. Hat getaut gehabt.
