Notiz
Guter Lauf. Danach aber schon gemerkt, dass die Beine ganz schön im Eimer sind. Da bin ich mal auf den morgigen langen Lauf gespannt. Am Nachmittag noch rodeln gewesen. Das Bergauflaufen war natürlich auch keine Erholung. Aber Spaß hat es trotzdem gemacht.
