Notiz
Das war der letzte Lauf über 30 km in der Marathonvorbereitung. Wieder gesteigert gelaufen. 8 km langsam, 19 km schneller, 8 km noch schneller. Die letzten 8 km hatten es auch wieder in sich, da meist leicht ansteigend. Vor allem der 31ste km war mit einer heftigen Steigung versehen. Da ich heute zum Teil wieder die Marathonstrecke gelaufen bin bereitet mir der Gedanke an diese Steigung schon etwas Sorge. Diese muss 2 mal gelaufen werden und beim zweiten mal sind wir dann glaube ich ca. bei km 36. Das wird hart.
