Notiz
Heute hat es dann endlich geklappt mit dem ersten 35er, auch wenn sich kurzzeitig die Wade wieder bemerkbar gemacht hat und das rechte Knie hat auch gezwickt. Ich glaube die Wewehchen kommen alle von dem Hügellauf vorige Woche. Mit steileren Abschnitten muss ich wirklich vorsichtiger machen. Die letzten 10 km waren schon anstrengend und die Herzfrequenz ging ganz schön nach oben. Hab diese aber so locker wie noch möglich abgespult.
